Browse to find your desired items. When you're ready to buy, there are two ways of ordering depends on your locations.
For Local (Indonesian) Shopper :
- Send us SMS or BBM with this format : NAME / ITEMS CODE and wait until we reply the message.
- We will confirm you whether the goods are available or not. If it's available, we will ask you about sizing and payment method (via bank transfer only - BCA / Mandiri).
- Reply our message to confirm your size & payment method.
- We will give you our bank account number and the total price of your shopping cart include shipping.
- You have to send the required money to the selected bank within 1 x 24 hours or the order will be automatically cancelled.
- After you finished the payment, send us SMS or BBM to complete your shipping address. We will check whether the money has being transferred, then the package will be deliver soon.
- We will track the package delivery and sending you an SMS or BBM after the delivery agent report that the package has arrived safely.
For International Shoppers
- Send us email with this format : NAME / YOUR COMPLETE ADDRESS / ITEMS CODE and wait until we reply the message.
- We will confirm you whether the goods are available or not. If it's available, we will ask you about sizing and send you the payment account details (via PAYPAL only).
- You have to send the required money to our paypal account within 1 x 24 hours or the order will be automatically cancelled.
- After you finished the payment, send us another email to complete your shipping address. We will check whether the money has being transferred, then the package will be deliver soon.
- You will receive another email containing the package's tracking number. We will also update the package delivery and sending you an email after the delivery agent report that the package has arrived safely.
The Terms and Conditions
To shop at Bonvieux, you have to agree with there terms and conditions below :
- We have the full rights to cancel your order when you don't finish the payment as requested on the given time.
- Payment should be made within 1 x 24 hours or the order will be cancelled and your desired items will be available to shop at the store or given to the first person on the waiting list.
- If there are two people making order for one similar item that is the only one last at the shop, the one who booked first and pay will get the item.
- Because we're still working on a small team, the order needs about 1-2 days to be dispatched and shipping will be available only on weekdays (Monday - Friday) at the working hours (from 09.00 - 16.00). Any order made after the working hours will be prepared on the next day. Weekends are holiday so there will be no delivery.
